Senior Java Developer - Summary- Remote, full-time position focused on enterprise-level Java development
- Key contributor to OEP support, sales tools, and automation projects
- Integral member of a highly inclusive, values-driven technology team
- Integrate into and maintain existing Java codebases, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
- Implement changes and enhancements to support sales tools and related systems
- Drive automation projects to reduce manual testing and streamline processes
- Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle, from concept and design through to testing and deployment
- Perform unit testing, follow release procedures, and adhere to coding design and documentation protocols
- Utilize version control tools such as GIT, SVN, or Mercurial to manage codebase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, embracing feedback and adapting to change

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical design and coding, with a strong background in Java (J2EE/Spring)
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, including React.js or Node.js (both preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, and PHP
- Experience with web service development (SOAP, REST)
- Working knowledge of HTML and frameworks such as Node.js and Express
- Familiarity with databases like SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB
- Expertise with versioning and debugging tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and demonstrate initiative
