Scrum Master (CSM) - Summary
- Lead the modernization of agile practices by integrating AI tools and innovative workflow solutions
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering and product teams
- Support the creation of AI-powered helpers for daily standups, backlog refinement, risk analysis, and dependency management
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability and team productivity
- Ensure adherence to secure development practices and data handling standards
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews to maintain team alignment and momentum
- Utilize AI insights and automation to identify and address delivery risks, trends, and bottlenecks proactively
- Implement and optimize workflow solutions using Azure DevOps, Copilot Studio, and M365
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build lightweight AI helpers for process automation
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and effective communication within cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress, facilitate timely delivery, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and encourage adoption of best practices in agile delivery
- Maintain compliance with security and data privacy guidelines throughout project execution

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery workflow
- Proven capability in utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, M365-based AI, automation platforms, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for improved team decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of secure development practices and data security protocols
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
