SAP FICA Business Analyst - Summary- Serve as a subject matter expert in the SAP FICA module, providing hands-on configuration and process support in a dynamic, project-centric environment.
- Facilitate process optimization for internal billing and invoicing systems, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions are implemented.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless SAP system integrations and enhancements.
- Participate actively in business workshops, contributing expertise and delivering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support company-wide SAP projects, focusing on S/4HANA implementations and driving the adoption of new system functionalities.
- Act as the primary SAP FICA subject matter expert, delivering comprehensive configuration support and technical guidance.
- Review and provide actionable feedback on functional design documentation and technical artifacts related to SAP FICA processes.
- Lead and participate in workshops, preparing deliverables and ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of new SAP system capabilities.
- Partner with system integrators and external vendors to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Support the redesign and ongoing optimization of internal billing and invoicing processes within the SAP FICA module.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users, promoting the effective use of SAP functionalities and driving user adoption.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum 10 years of SAP functional experience, with demonstrated expertise in SAP Utilities and deep hands-on configuration experience within the SAP FICA module.
- Proven track record supporting billing and invoicing processes using SAP FICA.
- Experience supporting at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation project (Greenfield or Brownfield).
- Strong background in collaborating with system integrators and external vendor partners.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Expert in SAP FICA module configuration and utilities process optimization.
