Salesforce Systems Analyst - Summary- Lead the administration and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce platform to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the senior technical expert for Salesforce, guiding improvements in workflows, automation, and system integrations.

- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permissions, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Design, test, deploy, and document new Salesforce features, automation, and system changes.
- Monitor data integrity and establish processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information across the platform.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide expert support, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, enhancements, or technology solutions as appropriate to business needs.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications, collaborating with vendors, developers, and technology partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and effective use of Salesforce.
- Monitor and maintain security settings, permissions, and access controls.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified AI Associate certifications are highly valued.
- Proficiency with HTML is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent technical experience considered.
- Demonstrated leadership in Salesforce administration and optimization.
- Ability to bridge technical and business needs, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with complex troubleshooting, integrations, and evaluating new technologies.
- Experience supporting Salesforce in financial services or similar regulated environments is advantageous.
