Salesforce Product Owner - Summary
- Drive the ongoing development and enhancement of the Salesforce-powered sales platform.
- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Champion the adoption of best practices for sales operations and process optimization.
- Lead ideation, design, and strategic planning for Salesforce initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate needs into actionable Salesforce features.
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-value functionality.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, from ideation and design through deployment and ongoing support.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and process efficiency, using data-driven insights to inform future improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow automations aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data governance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, preferably within an Agile framework.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing processes, with hands-on exposure to opportunity management, quoting, pricing, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) workflows.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, including core objects, workflow rules, reporting, and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical requirements into business value.
