Salesforce Developer - Summary
- Design, develop, and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions to address unique business needs.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
- Enhance existing Salesforce configurations through custom code and declarative tools.
- Support seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to implement and support custom Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce features using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Modify and enhance current Salesforce customizations and integrations to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for combining declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom integration components to connect Salesforce with external applications and platforms.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document defects and system issues to ensure continuous platform stability.
- Adhere to change management protocols in a production Salesforce environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and increased automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting custom code within Salesforce platforms.
- Proven collaboration with Salesforce Administrators in a production environment.
- Expertise in modifying and supporting Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Solid understanding of change control processes and maintaining production environment stability.
