Salesforce Developer - Summary- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support key business initiatives, such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and BookNow Online Event Sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational strategic goals with Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Utilize your expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and event sales growth.
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce features, including CPQ modules and custom applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and recommend best practices for Salesforce usage.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Document all development work, configurations, and solutions for knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.
