IDR is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect (Salesforce Architect, SFDC Architect) for a fully remote, full-time opportunity with one of our top clients in the U.S. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic organization recognized for its team-oriented culture and commitment to innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and its enhanced offline data model. Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform and associated technologies, particularly Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Evaluate and review existing Salesforce implementations with a focus on optimizing performance and scalability.
- Provide expert-level recommendations to internal teams on solution design, best practices, and data modeling, especially pertaining to both the online (base) and enhanced (offline) data models within the Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Lead and participate in Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate business requirements and solution approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of technology opportunities and process enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Document technical requirements, solution designs, and architectural decisions for stakeholder review and future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience architecting solutions using the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, with a strong emphasis on the enhanced offline data model.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and lead Proof of Concept (POC) activities to validate and meet business requirements.
- Extensive background in evaluating and optimizing Salesforce implementations to ensure best-in-class performance and alignment with organizational goals.
