Key Responsibilities

- Conduct lead generation activities by attending outdoor events and community gatherings, representing the agency and State Farm brand professionally.
- Guide prospective customers through the insurance process, answering questions, and providing product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities using the agency’s systems.
- Stay informed about State Farm’s latest products, services, and promotions to provide current information to clients.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with the right skill set and attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve sales targets.
- Must be able to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- Willingness to earn a Property and Casualty license within 30 days (training and support provided—can be completed from home).
