Key Responsibilities

- Engage in ongoing networking activities to generate new business prospects and expand the client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to foster client loyalty and trust.
- Maintain a consistent work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Identify new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients to maximize value and growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license (required).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in supporting and protecting people’s lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in previous roles.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Confidence and effectiveness in generating leads, opening doors, and setting appointments, including from cold outreach.
