Position OverviewAs a Sales Representative at ARC Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, assessing their business needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that address their specific requirements. Responsibilities- Source and identify new client opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their staffing and recruitment needs.
- Present ARC Group’s services and capabilities to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with the recruiting team to ensure seamless client service and successful candidate placements.
- Negotiate terms of service and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Accurately maintain sales records and client information using the company’s CRM and related tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field is advantageous, but not required.
