Elveeta Macon - State Farm Agency, located in Saint Louis, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person. Ideal candidate will be an upbeat, customer focused, team player interested in learning the insurance business! Your role will be to help us gain and retain customers through your dedication to client services.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Establish customer relationships with small business owners and apartment managers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include setting appointments, claim submissions and billing clarifications.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Insurance Licensing:
Part time initially until property and casualty licensed within 30 days of hire. Full time opportunity immediately if licensed. OR $250 signing bonus to obtain your P/C before starting! Licensed candidates will assist in creating their own job description!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Customer service, telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in a career opportunity (NOT a job)
