Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close sales to meet individual and agency goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Build and nurture ongoing networking relationships to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support by responding to inquiries and fulfilling service requests efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients to grow the agency's business.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license (licensing support and training provided if needed).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Enthusiastic about the positive impact insurance and financial products can have on clients’ lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in professional settings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to initiate contact, open doors, and secure appointments, including through cold outreach.
