Key Responsibilities- Engage proactively with new and existing clients in Dallas, TX through regular onsite visits and remote communications to assess needs and foster strong business relationships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in compressed air solutions, offering customized system recommendations that align with each client’s unique requirements.
- Develop and present detailed technical proposals, including system drawings and bills of materials, to support efficient equipment installations.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams during system start-ups and provide onsite training to ensure clients maximize the value of their air compressor systems.
- Prepare and deliver competitive, accurate pricing quotes to clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the sales process.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities and diligently follow up on leads provided by the company, expanding the client portfolio in the Dallas, TX region.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or technical service within the industrial air compressor or rotating equipment sector is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage regional travel, including occasional overnight stays as necessary for client engagements.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required for travel to client sites in and around Dallas, TX.
