RN Health Information Management Director (RN HIM Director) - Summary- Lead and manage health information management functions within the facility
- Utilize RN clinical expertise to ensure accurate and secure medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and privacy requirements
- Direct and supervise the health information management department, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of patient records
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to health information management and documentation standards
