Revenue Cycle Manager - Summary
- Supervises and guides Patient Account Representatives in third-party accounts receivable remediation and call center support.
- Ensures compliance with client-specific procedures and detailed playbooks.
- Monitors and tracks team and individual performance against key performance indicators.

- Participate in client meetings, sharing insights on accounts receivable issues and denial management trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on supervising staff in third-party A/R management.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with industry-standard revenue cycle management systems such as Epic, Cerner, Invision, Soarian, McKesson, Allscripts, and Meditech is highly desired.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and directing teams to achieve shared objectives.
