- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related program management role, preferably within the retail media or digital marketing sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in cross-functional team settings.
- Proven ability to manage external partners, vendors, and large-scale budgets with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong strategic thinking abilities, and a proven capacity to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
