Restoration Project Manager Job Description
IDR is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join a leading organization in Memphis, Tennessee, on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in restoration project management who are ready to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Restoration Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing mitigation efforts, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage restoration projects, including fire, water, mold, and general mitigation services.
- Coordinate, lead, and support teams of five or more members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with insurance requirements, restoration protocols, and construction industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members during active projects.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress to achieve timely and successful completion.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, working seven days on followed by seven days off, with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Travel within a two-hour radius from Memphis as needed, using a company-provided vehicle to support project sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in restoration project management, with a proven record of leading mitigation projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of at least five members in a project setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
Preferred Certifications
- IICRC Certification (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
- ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)
- WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
- OCT (Odor Control Technician)
