Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving sales and satisfaction targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations, training sessions, and ongoing performance management.
- Foster a lively and motivated team environment through creative initiatives, such as contests, theme nights, incentives, and regular one-on-one meetings.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and company policies, including compliance with all liquor control regulations.
- Develop and manage efficient work schedules, oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members, and monitor liquor inventory costs for effective cost control.
- A minimum of 3 years of front-of-house management experience in a casual or full-service dining setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of liquor laws, inventory management, and safe food handling procedures.
