Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Participate in regular management meetings and ongoing professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a FOH manager or in a similar leadership role within a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service best practices, food safety, and staff management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
