Experience Needed
- Proven kitchen leadership managing recipes, staff, and food safety.
- Strong cost control and ordering acumen.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Passion for scratch-made food and delivering outstanding quality.
- Prior experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant kitchens.
