Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures, with a focus on food quality, cleanliness, health, and safety protocols.
- Effectively manage labor and food costs by implementing efficient scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies.
- Analyze financial reports and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improved efficiency.
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive restaurant traffic and increase sales.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members, while supporting ongoing professional development and creating a pipeline for internal advancement.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the restaurant floor to support team members and actively engage with guests, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations, lead and develop teams, and consistently achieve financial and operational targets.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of profit and loss management, labor planning, and inventory control processes.
