As a key leader within the organization, the Restaurant General Manager (QSR) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day store operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Ensure strict adherence to company standards and operational procedures, including food safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage labor and food costs effectively by developing schedules, controlling inventory, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability for the Los Angeles, CA location.
- Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Execute local marketing and promotional initiatives designed to drive guest traffic and increase sales at the store level.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, fostering internal growth and building a pipeline of future leaders within the restaurant.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience within a high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) setting.
- Demonstrated success in managing restaurant operations, leading teams, and consistently achieving financial objectives.
- Strong organizational abilities, with excellent communication and leadership skills that support team development and operational success.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment typical of the Los Angeles, CA market.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control processes relevant to QSR operations.
