We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager (QSR) to lead our dynamic, high-volume quick service restaurant. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, guide a passionate team, and drive both exceptional guest experiences and operational performance. As a Restaurant General Manager (QSR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant while contributing to our company's mission of delivering top-quality service and food in the fast-paced world of quick service dining. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and guest satisfaction to ensure smooth functioning of the location.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the quick service restaurant environment.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company standards and operational procedures, with a focus on food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety protocols.
- Manage labor and food costs by implementing effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, increased revenue, and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase traffic, drive sales, and build brand loyalty among restaurant guests.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, creating a pipeline for internal growth and leadership development within the organization.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and engaging with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and to swiftly resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) environment, demonstrating the ability to manage operations effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, achieving financial targets, and managing restaurant operations to meet or exceed company goals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and developing team members at all levels.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting, maintaining composure and focus when managing multiple responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, labor planning, inventory control, and other key performance indicators relevant to quick service restaurant management.
