Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture focused on accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards and operational procedures, including protocols for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage labor and food costs effectively through careful scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for growth and boost operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives designed to increase customer traffic and drive sales growth.

- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience within a high-volume quick service restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated success in operational management, team leadership, and achieving financial objectives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Comprehensive understanding of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control processes.
