Responsibilities- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
- Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring staff adhere to company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and staff development to maintain consistency and performance.
- Coach, motivate, and guide team members through hands-on leadership, setting a positive example and maintaining high morale.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual or quick service restaurant setting.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead a diverse team.

- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and other basic operational tools used in restaurant management.
