Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Usability Tester to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios across both mobile and web applications to assess ease of use and overall user experience.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, discuss improvements, and verify that user experience recommendations are implemented.
- Verify that all software features function consistently across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize test results, highlight issues, and suggest actionable improvements for design and functionality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute structured testing procedures accurately.
- Strong written communication skills to provide clear documentation and articulate feedback to development teams.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a good understanding of app ecosystems, including both web and mobile platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred, highlighting a background in identifying and communicating user experience issues.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for conducting comprehensive usability tests.
