Usability Tester Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Usability Tester to join our QA team. This full-time remote opportunity plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and user-friendliness of our digital platforms. Responsibilities- Thoroughly execute usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to assess functionality and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and pain points in the user journey with clear and concise descriptions.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams by sharing feedback and findings to support product enhancements.
- Assess software performance across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing usability issues, test results, and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and comfort operating within app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
