- Work closely with development teams to effectively communicate issues, provide feedback, and suggest improvements based on test results.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports—on a daily or weekly basis—detailing test results, findings, and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and a strong understanding of app ecosystems and online platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
