Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Usability Tester to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a Usability Tester, you will play an essential role in evaluating the user experience of digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites, to ensure seamless functionality and optimal usability. - Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to communicate usability findings, report issues, and offer constructive feedback for ongoing enhancements.
- Verify that all software features perform as intended across a variety of browsers, devices, and screen sizes, helping to maintain high-quality standards for digital products.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, issues identified, and actionable recommendations for improvements based on testing outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and an understanding of app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection, as well as access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device for remote testing activities.
