Usability Tester Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Usability Tester to join our QA team on a remote, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth usability testing on both mobile and web platforms to identify user experience issues and areas for improvement.
- Precisely document any bugs, glitches, or user experience pain points using clear and comprehensive reporting methods.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to communicate findings, issues, and user feedback in a constructive manner.
- Perform cross-platform checks to verify that software features function consistently across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, identified issues, and actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols accurately.
- Experience and comfort with remote working tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and web interfaces.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing assignments.
