- Collaborate effectively with development and design teams to communicate feedback and insights, facilitating prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that software features are functional and consistent across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit structured reports on a daily or weekly basis, summarizing test results, findings, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keen attention to detail with a methodical approach to following test protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with different app ecosystems.
- Experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred but not strictly required.
- Reliable access to the internet and a compatible desktop, laptop, or mobile device is essential for remote work.
