Key Responsibilities- Reproduce complex bugs and application crashes on various mobile platforms, including both Android and iOS operating systems.
- Utilize advanced debugging tools and methodologies to identify the underlying causes of technical issues within mobile apps.
- Precisely document findings, including step-by-step reproduction guides and detailed technical reports, to support development teams in resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with software developers, sharing insights and analysis to facilitate rapid and accurate bug fixes.
- Verify the effectiveness of implemented fixes and monitor for regression issues across multiple devices and operating system versions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of test environments, device specifications, and software versions to ensure reproducibility and compliance with quality standards.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Demonstrated experience with remote debugging tools and an understanding of mobile application architecture on iOS and Android platforms.
- Background in mobile quality assurance (QA), software debugging, or technical support, with a focus on identifying and resolving application defects.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a variety of mobile devices for thorough testing across platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams.
