Medicare Sales Agent (Full-time, Remote) – Atlanta, GA
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping seniors navigate their Medicare options and secure the coverage that best fits their needs. Working remotely from Atlanta, GA, and as part of a dynamic, national brokerage, you will handle pre-qualified, inbound leads, guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process. This is a full-time, independent contractor position designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web-based inquiries from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance with their health insurance options.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans, utilizing an intuitive quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance requirements and maintain thorough documentation within the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up on pending applications to maximize placement, ensure client satisfaction, and drive renewal opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Medicare regulations, product offerings, and best practices in remote sales techniques.
- Develop leadership skills with opportunities to build and mentor a micro-team for additional earnings potential.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity in conversations with seniors.

Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with optional evenings and Saturday shifts available for increased lead flow.
- This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from your home office in Atlanta, GA, or anywhere within the United States with a reliable internet connection.
