Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and web callback requests from Medicare-eligible clients seeking guidance.
- Educate and advise clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplemental, and Part D plans using a robust quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all e-applications are submitted in accordance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) compliance standards, and accurately document client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize successful placements and renewals, ensuring clients receive ongoing support and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools while engaging in real-time conversations with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099).
Work Schedule and Tools Provided
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm in your local time zone; optional evening and Saturday shifts for additional lead flow.
- All necessary tools provided, including consistent lead flow, national carrier contracts, an electronic application platform, CRM access, and comprehensive compliance support.
