Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance.
- Utilize a robust quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients through their Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plan options, ensuring they understand their choices.
- Complete electronic applications (e-apps) in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, meticulously documenting notes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients on pending business to maximize successful placements and ensure renewal opportunities are captured.
- Participate in ongoing training modules and live virtual bootcamps to stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards.
- Mentor new agents as you grow in your role, with advancement opportunities based on meeting production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center roles, or customer service is highly valued.
- Proficient multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple web-based tools while engaging clients in conversation.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and goal-setting abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance benchmarks.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.

Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone, with options for evening and Saturday hours to increase lead flow and earning potential.
