Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking information and enrollment support.
- Guide clients through the selection of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending enrollments to maximize policy placement and manage renewals efficiently.
- Leverage company-provided tools, including e-application platforms and CRM, to deliver exceptional service and achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.
Schedule and Provided Tools
- Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm in your local time zone. Evening and Saturday hours are available for those seeking additional lead flow.
- All leads are provided, ensuring a steady stream of pre-qualified prospects ready for enrollment discussions.
- Comprehensive support is offered, including licensing assistance, coaching, and access to on-demand training resources.
- Receive national carrier contracts, a robust e-application platform, CRM access, compliance support, Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage, and weekly direct-deposit payments.
