Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for various web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner for development team review.
- Collaborate with development and design teams remotely to communicate findings, provide feedback, and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all software features and functionalities perform as intended across multiple operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential areas for platform improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfortable utilizing remote collaboration tools and working independently in a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with common app ecosystems, web platforms, and digital user interfaces.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user experience testing, or a related discipline is preferred.
