Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive analysis of user engagement and career outcome data to drive informed product decisions for our platform.
- Identify actionable insights that empower job seekers to navigate their career paths more effectively and efficiently.
- Develop compelling data narratives to inform strategic direction and highlight the platform’s real-world impact on career advancement.
- Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards that monitor key metrics and reveal opportunities for optimization.
- Regularly analyze job market trends to ensure the platform’s career guidance remains relevant and actionable for users.
- Collaborate closely with the agile product and engineering teams to translate data-driven discoveries into meaningful user experience improvements.
- Measure and report on metrics that accurately reflect users’ career growth and platform success.

- Experience with analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to work with various databases and perform advanced data manipulation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
