Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive functional test cases for a variety of mobile and web applications to verify that all features and workflows operate as intended.
- Identify, document, and report functional bugs, crashes, or inconsistencies in application behavior using established tools and processes.
- Provide clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports to assist development teams in resolving functional issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of functional issues and to facilitate effective problem resolution.
- Submit regular reports—on a daily or weekly basis—summarizing the status of functionality testing and key findings.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a systematic approach to functional testing of software applications.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and the ability to adapt to different application types and platforms.
- Previous experience in functional quality assurance (QA), software testing, or a related field is required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to relevant testing devices, including desktop and mobile platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills to effectively describe and document functional defects and inconsistencies.
