Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/IMC/Stepdown Summary- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in Progressive Care, Intermediate Care, and Stepdown units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and utilize advanced clinical skills
- Support positive outcomes through effective communication and critical thinking
- Engage in ongoing professional development and skill-building opportunities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Maintain compliance with facility standards, safety regulations, and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum experience as an RN in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown settings preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications (as required by facility)
