Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/IMC/Stepdown Summary- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intermediate Care Unit (IMC), or Stepdown setting
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by Openwork Health
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in health status
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities

- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown environment preferred
- Current certifications as required by facility (such as BLS, ACLS, etc.)
