Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / IMC / Stepdown Summary- Provide direct patient care in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intermediate Care (IMC), or Stepdown environments.
- Monitor patients with acute and chronic conditions requiring specialized observation and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care.
- Utilize advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to manage patient care effectively.
- Support patients and families through education, advocacy, and compassionate communication.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a PCU, IMC, Stepdown, or similar acute care setting preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (facility requirements may vary).
