Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/IMC/Stepdown Summary- Deliver advanced nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, Intermediate Care, or Stepdown Unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Work in a supportive environment committed to professional development and inclusivity
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and interventions, adjusting care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff as needed

- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Relevant experience in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown settings preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
