Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / IMC / Stepdown Summary- Serve as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intermediate Care (IMC), or Stepdown setting, delivering patient-centered care
- Monitor and assess patients who require close observation and advanced interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
