Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/IMC/Stepdown Summary- Provide patient care in Progressive Care Unit, Intermediate Care, or Stepdown settings
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with acute or complex medical needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking in a fast-paced setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide patient and family education regarding conditions, medications, and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination

- Experience in Progressive Care Unit, Intermediate Care, or Stepdown preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
