Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Summary- Provide patient-centered care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- Monitor and assess patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Utilize advanced medical technology for patient monitoring and treatment
- Support patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close observation
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
- Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown environment preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
