Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Summary- Provide direct care to patients in a medical surgical unit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical surgical patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient status, vital signs, and progress; update care plans as needed.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and post-operative recovery.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
