Registered Nurse – NICU RN Summary- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

- Monitor and assess the condition of premature and critically ill infants.
- Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform and assist in specialized procedures and interventions as needed.

- Educate and support families throughout the infant’s hospitalization.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
