Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (RN, MedSurg) - Summary- Provide comprehensive care for patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal health outcomes
- Utilize clinical skills and evidence-based practices in daily nursing activities
- Support patient recovery and manage complex medical needs with professionalism and empathy
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in partnership with patients and their families
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform medical-surgical nursing duties, including wound care, IV therapy, and patient education
- Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and execute patient care strategies
